It is a happy sign that a former CJI & many retired judges of the Supreme Court have condemned Justices Amanullah Khan and Hima Kohli for using “street brawl language” in Baba Ramdev case.
Several bar associations, former judges, media persons, advocates, human rights activists, doctors, NGOs, bureaucrats, Ayurvedic and Naturopathy health professionals, have risen in defence of Patanjali because they see the hostile and noxious attitude of Justices Khan and Kohli as an assault on Indian Knowledge Traditions in general, and Ayurveda in particular.
In today’s program, Adv. Nilesh Ojha will talk about the bold step he and Adv Ishwarlal Agarwal have taken by filing a petition in the Supreme Court against these two judges for having misused their high status to lend support to the global pharma mafia’s sinister agenda to kill Patanjali, which would amount to delivering a fatal blow on Ayurveda.
The Complainants have also demanded that a criminal case be registered against the Indian Medical Association (IMA) under section 175, 302, 304, 409, 120(B), etc. of IPC in addition to cancellation of their registration for promoting deadly vaccines and harmful medicines being pushed by the pharma mafia. This amounts to misusing their status as office bearers of IMA in order to serve the vested interests of the executive committee members of IMA.
