Dr. Surendra Kumar Jain is the international Joint General Secretary of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP). He retired as Principal, Hindu College Rohtak (Haryana) in 2013. He was the third president (national convener) of the Bajrang Dal after Vinay Katiyar and Jaibhan Singh Pawaiya.

Dr. Surendra Jain works on multiple challenges facing Hindu society today such as , brainless westernization and crass materialism, liberal-secular hypocrisy, Hinduphobia and threats of Jihad, attempts of #BreakingIndia forces to severe the links of targeted Jatis from Hindu society.

Condemning the murder of 26-year-old Bajrang Dal activist Harsha in Karnataka’s Shivamogga, Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) said the killing is the result of poison spread by Muslim extremists.

VHP Joint General Secretary Dr Surendra Jain said the ‘tukde-tukde’ gang, under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi, works to spread such poison in the name of Muslim appeasement. "Enough is enough", he retorted.
